We're big believers in living a rewarding life. The reality is for most of us at least, in order for that to happen we have to work. Well, with that knowledge in hand we've set out to find that magic balance that lets you live the life you want and not have to hate the part of your life that makes that possible.

ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL...

I've been in the restaurant business essentially my entire life. Many people believe restaurant work to be unserious or not a career. I disagree. 

Our pay structure is rather unique in the restaurant world. We start all our staff at $15 per house and all tips are pooled and split equally between the hourly employees based on hours worked each day. By doing this each person is personally invested in the experience of the guests which is why we're all here to begin with.
